Enchanted Forest

I carved our love in the wood

Of the tree we once stood

In that enchanted forest

If those trees could speak

The forest would burn in flames

From the passion we shared

Under the veil of night

Secluded by the life of the forest

We exchanged our lust that night

In the enchanted forest

We became one with all

In remembrance of us

I marked the spot

Where we revealed ourselves

The universe circling above us

I placed your head on my chest

You felt the heart pumping

That drumming beat

Became the rhythm of the forest

Then we began our dance

Intertwined with one another

Tied to the night

Tied to the moment

In the enchanted forest

Time stood still

As we became one

Bound in unity

Bathed by the moonlight

We shined ever so bright

Our stardust sparkling

When caught in the beams

The spark of creation

The magic happening

So native

So free

Within the enchanted forest

Is where we found our truth

Hidden deep within

Disturbance

I thought I heard in your voice

Just the slightest hint

Of your disgust

I know you wish nothing more

Then my existence never been

I’m here to leave behind

The cause for your disturbance

Can you feel the turbulence

A rough rush of discomfort

For you and all your servants

They lost all purpose

Breaking through the surface

Writing rhymes like verses

Now look who needs a rehearsal

Still controversial

With no exceptions

The tension in your expression

Shows the connection

In your invention

Pay close attention

When you enter the convention

You’ll be filled with apprehension

No simple extension worth mentioning

You shall not reject nor disrespect

The more you reflect

The more I’ll project

Just so you can see

I am the cause for your disturbance

Can’t help I like to protect

Even all that has been wrecked

I will not neglect

While you recollect

I’ll interject

Do what it takes to redirect

What has been placed

Until such time

I am the cause for your disturbance
